RCIA Testimonies

“My faith has grown so much through coming to RCIA. I knew my faith was strong but I didn't know how strong it was until I finished the program. I went through this program because my now husband and I wanted to get married through the catholic church, Mission Concepcion to be exact. This experience was eye opening and I encourage anyone who is thinking about this to join. It will change your life. I know it changed mine.”

“My faith has grown more after my baptism, even when I think there is no other way, deep in my heart I know God is always with me and I enjoyed every moment in the RCIA Program. Everybody was so nice to me and my baby. Thanks to Fr David and the leaders of the class. Sharing their wisdom were what made this class really understanding and fun.”

“Popular traditions at Mission Concepcion gave me a new perspective on Christ and Mother Mary's journey during Holy Week. I was born and raised catholic, attending Catholic School all my life and for the first time felt my journey walking with Christ from his end to his new life.”

“I had a wonderful experience meeting new people and getting to know more of my religion, getting me closer to my faith. I was missing my sacrament of Confirmation and decided I needed to make it to get married through the church and I'm very glad I did. After attending this year of RCIA I am now at the end and know I going to miss coming to class every Monday and now am eager to attend Bible Study to strengthen my faith and hopefully start helping out in joining a ministry.”
